Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns on unwanted and unused lash trays, as long as they are in their original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

Please inspect your parcel immediately once you have received for any faulty or damaged items as they can only be returned or exchanged during the time frames stated above. For any faulty or damaged goods that you have received please email photographic evidence to reception@bellabyhannah.com

If your return is accepted, you will need to post the products back to:

When sending your parcel back please insert a note stating your 

- Order number 

- Full name 

- Reason for return 

- Items returning and quantity 

- Address 

When returning, we always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. 

We are unable to cover return postage costs unless your item is faulty or damaged. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we are also not responsible for returns lost in the post. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or digital content.
